Find the best Parkinson’s disease treatment and maximize your quality of life. Our comprehensive rehabilitation includes the latest research and treatments in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as psychological counseling and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM).

Our state-of-the-art equipment helps evaluate and treat Parkinson’s disease. Depending on your situation, services may include:

  • Biomechanical gait test to analyze your walking pattern.
  • Sensory organization test to measure your balance.
  • Metabolic exercise test to assess cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary responses.

Thanks to support from the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), New York Tech employs an APDA Information & Referral (I&R) Coordinator who is dedicated to supporting the local Parkinson’s disease (PD) community through the creation of educational and support programs, by providing advice and connections to the necessary health care experts, disseminating Parkinson's disease resources, and more. Having an APDA I&R Coordinator at New York Tech enables us to offer more specific care and support to those facing a Parkinson's disease diagnosis.
